This recipe has been on my list for a long time now!

This is also the first time that I’ve been able to cook tofu without it falling apart – yay! I subbed in tofu for seitan as I couldn’t find it in my local supermarket, but everything else follows the recipe.

This was really delicious, although I think it must be pretty high in sugar as there is so much hoisin sauce and syrup. So this is my new ‘fake take-away’ recipe 🙂
