We’re getting into barbecue season! This is a great vegan alternative, full of nutritious yummy-ness.
This recipe is actually fairly simple to follow and it didn’t take forever to make. I followed this exactly and probably could have made 6-8 smaller burgers, but chose to go with 4 really thick ones. I fried rather than grilled them as I was a little concerned about them falling apart and making a big mess! But I think it would have been fine as they stuck together really well.
Yes I did slightly burn the sweet potato fries on the side there… They still tasted good so I didn’t waste them!
For me this portion was really filling and I was super happy with all the flavours. I’ll definitely make this again over the summer!
