Monday was the first Meat free Monday of 2015! This recipe (from BBC Good Food) is for vegetarian burgers that take a little while to make, but are so so worth it – they taste delicious.
This website explains why it’s good to reduce your meat consumption; from economic issues, climate change concerns, health risks and ethical thoughts. I have been participating in this campaign since I found it a couple of years ago – it’s a good way to get variety into your diet.
The homemade chips were a perfect addition and the salad helped it feel a little more healthy!
Tip: make more of the Harissa relish – it tasted so good and we wished we had made more so we could have it on the side with the chips.
